We see the late nights you spend reviewing contracts, the early mornings answering emails, the weekends filled with walk-throughs, and the hundreds of volunteer hours you give just to keep your community running smoothly.
Most people don’t realize how much heart and hustle goes into being a board member—but we do.
And that’s why we created Beyond the Boardroom.
We’ve spent years working with Associations. We’ve sat at the table with frustrated Board Members trying to make sense of bids, repairs, legal issues, and resident concerns. We’ve worked with Community Association Managers who are juggling way too much with far too little support. And we’ve partnered with vendors (who we’ve coined: Association Allies) who genuinely want to help but don’t always know how to reach the people who need them most.
There had to be a better way to bring everyone together.
So we built it.
Beyond the Boardroom was born from one simple idea: Let’s create a space where people can connect, learn, and make better decisions—for their communities and for themselves. A space where Board Members aren’t expected to know everything but are empowered to ask questions, get answers, and feel supported.
From that idea came Webinar Wednesday—a weekly opportunity to sit in on short, power-packed sessions that tackle real issues, feature top-notch presenters (Association Allies), and help you walk away feeling just a little more confident and a little less alone. (To start, we are hosting the fourth Wednesday of each month with the plan to roll into every Wednesday. Thank you for helping us grow this FREE service for Board Members!
